What Sytes Offers
Sytes lets businesses request a first website link for free. You submit your business details, a phone number, useful links, notes, and optional images or logos. We review the request, build a first website draft, and send a Sytes-hosted link to the number you provide. We aim to send the first link within 24 hours of receiving a complete, buildable request.
The first Sytes link is free. Hosting for that first link is on us while the platform is active, technically viable, and the submitted content follows these terms. Optional custom changes, custom features, extra integrations, domain work, or ongoing edits may be discussed after your link is ready.
Your Content
You are responsible for the content you submit. By sending text, images, logos, links, menus, reviews, or other material, you confirm that you own it or have permission to let Sytes use it to create and host your website.
You grant Sytes a non-exclusive license to use, edit, display, and host submitted content for the purpose of building, operating, improving, and supporting your Sytes website.
Do not submit content that is illegal, misleading, harmful, infringing, private without permission, or otherwise unsuitable for a public business website.
Free Link and Hosting
Sytes may host your first website link on a Sytes subdomain. We aim to keep these hosted links available, but we do not provide a formal service-level agreement.
We may remove, suspend, or decline a site if it violates these terms, creates security or platform risk, infringes third-party rights, or becomes commercially or technically impractical to host.
Custom Work
The free first link is intended to get your business online quickly. Custom revisions, new features, ecommerce, payments, custom domains, integrations, or larger redesigns are outside the free intake and may require a separate quote or agreement. We will share those details after the first link is ready if they are relevant.
Privacy
We collect the information you submit through the request form, including your name, phone number, business details, links, notes, and uploaded assets. We use this information to review your request, build the website draft, contact you, and operate the Sytes service.
Uploaded assets are sent to Sytes by email for review. Do not upload sensitive personal information or material you do not want used on a public website.
We also measure traffic on Sytes and its hosted business websites, including page views, link and button clicks, referring websites, campaign tags, device and browser categories, approximate country, and time spent in a visible browser tab. Random browser and visit identifiers help estimate visitors and sessions; identifiers are hashed before storage on the server. These traffic reports retain up to 180 days of data. Our traffic collector does not store raw IP addresses, form contents, URL query strings, or contact details, and it respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
We do not sell submitted request data. We may use service providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, advertising measurement providers, and email services to operate Sytes. This includes Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API measurement, which may receive browser identifiers, click identifiers, device and network information, and securely hashed contact details so we can measure whether an advertisement led to a request and avoid counting the same request twice.
Platform Ownership
Sytes owns its software, templates, components, workflows, and platform code. You retain ownership of your submitted business content, subject to the license needed for Sytes to provide the service.
No Guarantees
Sytes is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee search rankings, sales, traffic, uptime, specific design outcomes, or business results.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sytes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
